Insurance

Note: We ask that all owners make claims regarding private damage on their properties through their own PRIVATE INSURANCE.
Otherwise, the community premium will rise and we run the risk that the insurance company will decline to renew the policy.
If this happens, arranging insurance with another company will also be more expensive.
In 2010 the community insurance paid out 1,026.64 € ; of this 911.64€ were for private claims that could have been met by the insurance of the affected owners.
