Welcome to Pinada Golf 2
Pinada Golf 2 was built by Grupo San Jose and completed in 2003. It has a total of 308 properties, a mix of villas, quad-houses and apartments. There are three green areas, with a large community swimming pool which was redesigned and refurbished in 2015, allowing easier access and incorporating the children's section into the main pool. There is a petanca court in another of the green areas. Pinada Golf 2, as its name implies, is situated close to three golf courses: Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Villamartin Plaza, with a number of restaurants, bars and other shops is a ten minute walk, and Zenia Boulevard shopping mall, the largest in Alicante province, is a five minute drive. The beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are are ten minutes away by car.
There are also a number of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. La Fuente commercial centre, with banks and even more watering holes, is also close by.
Pinada Golf 2 enjoys one of the lowest community fees in the area, currently €270 a year if fees are paid on time. All properties pay the same amount and are entitled to make use of all the facilities. The mix of nationalities here has become increasingly cosmopolitan in the past few years, with Spanish, British, French, Germans, Russians and Scandinavians, amongst others, owning property here. We have an Annual General Meeting, usually held in the spring, where owners can elect a president and committee and have a chance to voice their opinions about the community. Owners can register on the website and access the Forum, where they can ask questions and discuss community matters.
